BIOGRAPHY (Translator: Jacqueline Clifton-Brown )

Daniel Blanco Villach is a composer born in Barcelona.
From a very young age he already felt "something special"
when listening to classical music, although it wasn´t until
he was eleven that he really found his vocation as a musician,
studying piano, guitar, violin and singing. A multi-stylled musician
, he has always enjoyed immersing himself in many genres,as
much in classical music as modern music.What he is reallly
most passionate about is not playing but composing.

Consequently, after collaborating as a piano and guitar player in various
groups, from 2000 he has focused exclusively on his own musical
project. In April of that year he composed the song " There always will be love"
, which not long after, he would record with the singer Merce Duran.

From then on, the idea of composing a musical with the same title
started becoming a reality. At the same time, and fruit of this emotion,
he conceived and developed a second musical( this time in Spanish ), entitled
"Lágrimas en el mar".

In October 2004, Daniel officially presented his music in a recital at Barcelona´s
"Palau de la música".

Today in 2007 he is finishing the recording of both musicals that will be realised in 6CD.
